Terms and Conditions

The controlling judge will tally the votes from the diving public as well as take into consideration the votes of a photography panel and his/her decision will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.

One photo only will be accepted per entry with two entries per person per month. Photographers may enter in as many months as they wish.

All images must be submitted electronically via the Internet, no paper or slide images will be accepted.

The winner will be listed on this website at the close of the competition and contacted via email for instructions on how to collect their prize.

Images submitted must have been taken by the entrant and cannot have won any prizes in a recognized national or international underwater photographic competition.

All entrants give explicit permission to Aquanaut to use their images in relation to the web based promotion of this photographic competition or for display purposes on this website.

Aquanaut also reserve the right to contact photographers via the email address provided to seek permission for the use of images in other promotional or printed materials.

Photographers will be credited with their work in all instances.

Copyright for the images must belong to the photographer so that the terms of this condition can be met.
